ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Architectural design is the most basic and important part of any project. In fact, no project in the world has been able to succeed without having a wonderful and correct architectural design.

Architectural design is not the preparation of plans and sections of a building, but a concept that focuses on the components or elements of the structure, and the architect is responsible for creating the spirit of architectural design in that project.

There is always a client and there is always an interpreter of that client’s needs. The relationship between client and architect is fundamental, and the establishment of a professional and trusting relationship between the two is the bedrock of every successful project.
But in ARCHIVIRA, in addition to the customer needs, we have considered ourselves responsible for high values such as attention and respect for the environment, creating sustainable architecture, avoiding excessive consumption of fossil fuels, the two-way relationship of function and form, emphasis on minimalism and simplicity of form, global thinking, and local action, respect for local architectural values, attention to the disabled and children, attention to the urban context of architectural projects.

Creating architecture involves art and beauty, science and engineering, values and beliefs, friendship, and team-working. It is one of life’s rewarding activities, bringing together a wide range of personalities, skills, and expertise. It is an adventure for the client and the ARCHIVIRA team.

It is important to place that adventure within a sound organizational and contractual context so that procedural complications do not derail the principal activity. A simple, clear, legally-defined understanding of what is involved will benefit the whole process, avoid conflict and help clarify the interrelationships and responsibilities of all the partners involved in commissioning, designing, and building a project, large or small.
